Melanie Hillenbrand has over 20 years experience in strategic HR and learning positions at MercerHR, KPMG and CNA Insurance. She received her BA from Boston University and her MBA from DePaul University. She has managed P&Ls and Sales functions as well. As a lifelong learner herself, she is dedicated to enabling the success of organizations and people who develop others.

W. Glen Poznoff, Ph.D., Senior Vice President

Glen has an extensive career in talent management. He helps companies identify, assess, grow and effectively deploy their executives. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as with small family owned and entrepreneurial start ups. In addition to his work in the United States, he has worked in Europe, Asia and South America.

Cassie Spencer, Principle Recruiter

Cassie has several years experience in placing impact players into the right positions. She is experienced in position analysis and refinement. She directs our internet research, recruiting technology and data base. She runs the temporary/contract side of the MH and P Group practice.
